Membership is open to men who are retired/semi-retired from full-time gainful occupation, regardless of age, race, color or religion.
We ask that you attend at least one meeting before you are formally approved for membership. The Monthly Branch Luncheon Meeting is
held on the third Monday of the month at the Fountainhead Brewery, 4621 24th in Sacramento. Social Hour starts at 10:15AM
and Lunch starts at 11:30 AM. This hot meal is served buffet style and costs $22. The cost to join our SIR Branch is just
$20 per year.
Potential applicants are encouraged to attend a meeting as a guest of a current member or on their own. If you come on
your own please introduce yourself to the Attendance committee members near the door. They will make sure that you are linked up with
a member who will help you understand the SIR organization and our branch activities. They will also help you meet up with some other
